Abstract Templates

Registration and abstract submission deadline: June 20, 2025

Abstracts can be submitted to 15kgvgy@gmail.com.

Either a one- or a four-page abstract can be submitted to the abstract book.

We kindly ask presenters to prepare 10-minute oral presentations in 16:9 screen format.

For poster presentations, posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, maximum size A0.

Since the conference is organized as an international event this year, the official language will be English. Please, prepare your abstracts, figures, posters and presentations in English.
